IMCP came together through a collaboration between the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation Investment Management Corporation (MLCN-IMC) and the Northern Strands Group of Companies (NSGC). Together as IMCP our main services are general contracting, site services, industrial maintenance. We undertake these services with our core competencies which consist of safety management, quality management, project management, engineering, design, fabrication and construction management.

Saskatchewan Indigenous Gaming Authority (SIGA)- In fall of 2019 MLCN-IMC built SIGA it’s new corporate headquarters on the site featuring 50,630 sq.ft of beautiful new office space effectively joining all of it’s head office staff under one roof.
Lakeside Centre is opening August 2020 with a new 61,340 sq.ft. multi-use building. The main tenant will be Lakeside Medical Clinic as well as Saskatoon Medical Imaging, Zone Physiotherapy, Kennedy Eye Centre, Lakeside Dental and London Drugs. Lakeside Medical Clinic opened its doors in Saskatoon in 1980, starting with 1 doctor. They now have over 200,000 patients on file, 25 doctors and see over 700 patients per day. They provide medical student training, resident training and post-graduate training for new physicians as well as continuing medical education for their own group. Lakeside Medical Clinic will include 40 doctors, 26,000 sq.ft. of medical office, 4,500 sq.ft. of extended hours urgent care and will see over 1,000 patients per day. This will make Lakeside Medical Clinic the largest medical clinic in Saskatchewan.
